"I went to the Pro Desk at 8:15 a.m. this morning on Saturday, 3/2. I was looking to order about $3000 worth of building materials. There was no one there and after 5 minutes, I tracked down an employee who paged someone. I waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up. I then went to the main desk and asked what was going on. They explained that the person working at the Pro Desk was probably on break and that I should come back later. I did some shopping and came back about 15 minutes later. The Pro Desk was still empty, but after a minute, Noah showed up. I watched as Noah avoided making eye contact with any of the waiting customers and jumped on the phone. Noah seemed pretty busy, but it would have been nice if he would have acknowledged everyone who was waiting. After about 5 minutes of this, I gave up. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the Pro Desk. I know there are issues with finding workers, but the service is pretty bad. I'd rather pay more and not have to deal with this place."

"It was nice and quiet and while it took a minute to find a person in the appliance section, the person who did help us was very knowledgeable and patient. They answered all our questions and engaged with us in conversation that helped us make an informed decision on a new washer dryer set. Thanks Robin!"

"Bought dishwasher from this location. Had delivery window 10a-2:30p. The delivery didn't happen until 3:30pm. Installed said dishwasher and it and through a cycle. Thought all was good. Tried washing dishes 1/3/24 and noticed the detergent capsule didn't get used properly. After some trouble shooting, the dishwasher is defective and the water jets are not working. After messing around with customer service for 2+ hours, finally someone tells me I need to contact the local Lowe's. I tell the local associate what is going on and their first response to me is, "Well, it is passed 48 hours so there is nothing we can do for you." Technically it hasn't been 48 hours since I received the unit AND this is how you want to treat a customer on a brand new appliance? Thought Lowe's was better than this? Isn't that why they charge more for the same item by comparison? Because you're supposedly dealing with a better experience?"

"I had a great experience at this store two days in a row. Several associates helped me buy a grill and they were all so helpful. Shel at checkout gave me a truck kit for my son, and he loved it so much he slept with it! I came back today for an online pickup order and it was so easy and convenient!"

"I usually go to home Depot just because of the proximity so this was the first time I was in the Lowe's at Longmont longer than 5 minutes. it was right before close, and every time I've been at home Depot right before closer shoving you out the door. everyone from the people stocking to the checkout clerks especially the checkout clerk who even help me make sure I hit my budget cuz I had to do a dash and run and they had really good deals going on lol! Bonus, if you do go here the girl that runs the haunted house in Erie works here was excellent as well and very friendly! Thanks guys for a great shopping experience I'll be back for sure home Depot I'm done!"
