"They sent me couches dropped them off and didn’t even set it up also I called the center and the dude wouldn’t pick up I let it ring and finally he picked up I told him the situation and he said he would call them to come back then I told find the instructions or send me an email or call me back to hook it up that was Saturday the 2nd around 2pm today or I should say night it’s Thursday the 7th never got a call back to say anything and when it’s time for there payment their hounding you so this will be the last time I deal with them.oh also I gave them 20 dollars to split to move a couch about 30 ft and still didn’t even try to help me."
"Can you check that costumers have paid before calling their place of employment for a rental I've paid 3x the value of at this point. They didn't have a long enough cord for the appliance to begin with. Getting them to return with the proper cord took over a week with lots of back and forth. Nice that they can call and harass all day but can't even install properly without it being an issue. Prioritize please, and don't just call people's jobs when they've paid you."
