"I just moved to Longmont and my rental did not come with a refrigerator so I purchased one from them. It came with a 30 day warranty and they were so convincing that they service there used product however day 32 my refrigerator broke. I called to see what could be done as this was not ok. If it was 2 months out that's my problem but 2 days? The Manger said the could come with a service fee and then charge me to fix it. I didn't think that was good customer service and I was dissatisfied especially when the manager said let me school you on what 30 days is. I asked to speak to to his manager and he said he was. I asked to speak to the owner and he said they don't talk to customers, I then saw that there was the president line and I said I would call and go that route and he said don't bother as it just comes right back to him. Wow not happy and I'm pretty sure I am not the only one this has happened to. You will be making a big mistake buying from them as I now have a $500 non working frigerator. Plus the Manger Jerry is the rudest Manger I have ever came across. I would lose my job if I ever acted like that. What has this world come to were we can't even be honest good people."
