"I really have appreciated every visit I've had here! I've had bad luck with a lot of consignment/resale shops out in Denver and it's particularly frustrating when I bring a whole box full of clothing and all of it gets passed on with little to no explanation. The owner here is always really conscious of explaining why she passes on an item and has even been so kind as to sort certain items into 'homework' piles for me where she points out a small stain or crease I may have missed. She'll tell me how to repair or clean the item so that the next time I come back they'd be willing to accept it. How thoughtful is that! Overall, great experiences each time and would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendlier resale experience ☺️"
