"I was so excited for this location to open. Gave it a go and won’t go back. Prices are absolutely ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourselves as a company. It’s no wonder this location is a ghost town most days."

"I hate to write such a negative review about a neighborhood favorite. But my last encounter at the register definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I noticed an off shift employee purchasing some seasonal items in line ahead of me. Another employee, not a manager, walked over and caused a scene about the amount charged to the poor girl off shift. This employee made the entire line wait an extended amount of time for a manager to come verify that it was acceptable for the employee to pay her total. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Definitely not a good look for the store or its management."
"Always a pleasant experience. Today their computers were down, which made for slow going. The staff were awesome about it & helpful! They made sure that everything still got out the door & smiled the whole time!"
"Arrived just in time for opening day and made some awesome finds, especially with the vinyl collection! Staff were helpful and friendly, and did an excellent job on this first day. Sure things were full priced with no discounts for the opening, but that’s the way they do. Looking forward to making it a regular addition to the discount Saturday lineup!"
