"Sent a few emails their way with no word back. Not seeing anywhere online about needing to schedule an appointment, but showed up and was standing outside. After calling a few times someone was nice enough to open the door, but no one seemed interested in helping even though there were multiple people sitting around the store. Looking to purchase a $1500 chair, but maybe they are more concerned about big projects. I also went to their partner pear tree and they stated they can’t change the website to reflect appointment only."
"Went here to pick up a used Herman Miller Aeron Chair. I tried some out and picked up one I liked. When I got home, I noticed some of the foam parts were falling apart and I called the store back. I spoke to Zach Sanders, who told me I could bring it back and swap it out free of charge, or get fully refunded if I wanted. I was able to go through the rest of their selection and pick one out I really loved. Great company, with awesome customer service. I will be coming back when I next need office furniture."

"Zack Sanders and his team at Merchants Office Furniture earn five stars, six if it was an option. In an incredibly quick time frame they sourced a combination of new and used pieces for an entire office (7 executive offices, cubicles, reception area and conference room). The used furniture was in excellent condition and very well priced. His team then installed all of it over a weekend so the office could be operational on a Monday morning. The entire process from selection, layout design, delivery, installation and clean up was about 2 weeks. When the company moves into a larger office space in a year, we look forward to working with Zack and team again."
