"BUYER BEWARE! SCAM! They will not honor their own exchange/refund policy. 14 days of unnecessary back and forth asking for a simple exchange for a larger size. Horrible customer service. All they offered was 15% off a new purchase and will not honor their own stated refund/exchange terms listed right on their website. Complete waste of time & money."
"Horrible company… don’t buy anything from them. Sent the wrong size shoes in the wrong box trying to claim they are the right ones even though they aren’t even close to the right shoe size. They say because the box says the right size they can’t do anything about it. The box doesn’t even match the right color shoes and they have done nothing to rectify the $135 dollar purchase other than to tell us the will give us 15 dollars off our next purchase. They are a joke of a company if they think I would ever buy anything from them again. Companies that are willing to be that unethical to make a buck shouldn’t be allowed to sell to the public. So here is a warning to all of you. Don’t let them steal your money like they did from my 14 year old that saved her birthday money to buy them for herself."
