"You do have to pay up front here, just in case anyone is wondering, but they do beautiful work. While I consider myself rather skilled at conditioning leather, whatever process is used here exceeds mine by leaps and bounds. I’m also very happy with the new soles. Additionally, I suppose I should mention that I paid for new laces, but upon picking up my shoes, I discovered they had not been replaced. When I pointed this out in the store, the problem was immediately redressed. Great customer service!"
