"Awful. Signed up in November and still haven't received all our uniforms as it is end of March now. The uniforms they have dropped off are wrong and they have never came back to service them. Also customer support doesn't call you back."

That are so personable and they will always make sure if you have a problem they will get it handled that way you don’t have to call in. We have Jesus right now and he is always so happy and positive. It’s breath of fresh air to see someone that cares about customers!"

"We’ve used Unifirst for years at our dealership. I was about to cancel our contract, but then Jesus took over our route and he goes above and beyond every time to get us taken care of. Not only that, he is very personable and we enjoy having him at our dealership."

"This is by far the worst uniform service I have ever dealt with. I have never had coveralls come back “clean” that looked so bad. They hang them poorly. They put them away poorly. And they provide no repair request tags or bags. Most of my coworkers dislike their coveralls so much they chose not to wear them and trash their clothes. They can’t even get the ordered sizes correct, even after told about the problem about two months ago. The company I work for was getting billed for my coveralls a few weeks before they were even delivered. Take your business elsewhere. Uni first is terrible. I’m going to double down on this bad review. It’s been about 11 months since the initial review. This company is still terrible. The company I work for won’t let me change my coveralls until I prove I have all my issued coveralls. They do this because they get charged $100 for each missing pair. Not even close to what they are worth. It’s not like they are going to issue someone else my used coveralls. I have not been wearing my supplied coveralls for a month and I still don’t have all of them back. If I am missing any, it’s on their end not mine. I would never recommend Unifirst to anyone. I would actually do what I could to discourage anyone from doing business with them."

"Company has had issues bringing us uniforms for over a year now. I started reaching out to the company May of 2022 about the issues. After waiting over a year for them to get it together, I had almost lost an employee over uniform problems. It was time to make a change. Now they are saying, because I did not word my notices of issues to them properly, I will have to buy out of the contract. I have almost 2 years of emails with complaints, but they do not care. Shady company, beware."
