Uniform Destination Aurora

"I went to 2 places and I was in a hurry. The first place didn't have the brand I discovered at Aurora's Uniform Destination ... Scrub Joy: some have 3 pockets. They have MANY other brands, too. I prefer cotton scrubs. The fit of the cotton is more flattering than many of the polyester scrubs. But there are no cotton scrubs today. Today, scrubs are made of shiny polyester and are sized strangely, IMO. The scrub tops tend to be too long for me also because I'm short waisted. I look like I'm wearing a huge tent. Can you see why I almost decided to go home after shopping at this first store? But Scrub Joy tops are cut so they fit every body shape.....even if you have some extra poundage, I think you'll find something for you that looks very nice. There are no extra seams...even though they use polyester, it is a different finish of polyester that drapes like an expensive piece of clothing. They carry all sizes, including larger plus sizes. I wear the XL, which is slightly large, but due to the way the fabric drapes, that isn't a problem. I don't like a tight fit on my hips. So glad the Scrub Joy wasn't huge and sloppy looking. If you need a shorter length, Scrub Joy has certain colors that are sized Regular and Short. The design of the scrub top is very flattering. Their fabric drapes much better than the other poly tops I tried on. Scrub Joy also has a Unisex top, which looks great on women, too. Scrub Joy has a simple, slightly higher v-neck, they had a smaller fit on my shoulders, with no extra seams except the side seams....just like the cotton scrubs used to have. I noticed the more seams a scrub top has, the worse it looks on me. The shoulders aren't overly large and sloppy looking as I was finding at the other store I went to - yet they carry many larger plus sizes. These are made from polyester and spandex. The finish of the fabric looks more like cotton. Beautiful solid colors and some very nice prints that are more professional looking for my clients. I bought prints including small design palm trees, a small stripe with tiny fall colored leaves in the stripe, a beautiful blue and gold starburst print. Also bought a few solid colors. So glad I didn't give up without going to Uniform Destination in Aurora. Their store is on the east entrance of the "mall"....go in and walk to where JC Penney is inside the mall, on the main floor. Slightly hidden since it's all the way around the corner from Penney's. Highly recommend Uniform Destination / Aurora. There are several other stores in different areas of Denver. Staff is very helpful. The store was open until 8PM....but you may want to Google this store to make sure they will still be open on the night you are there."

"Took a while to find your store. Entered to find a male and female, both on their phones, sitting behind the counter. I asked for a particular type of scrub. They didn't think they what I needed and neither got up from their phones to help. Had planned on a large purchase, since I do not live in Denver. I left immediately."

"I usually buy my scrubs from this location without any problems. However, I went in yesterday to buy a pair of scrub pants and while I got a pair I wanted and was looking around for another pair to buy. I could feel the 2 ladies(Mariah W is on my receipt, and I don’t know the older ladies name) at the desk eyes on me. It was very uncomfortable and if I didn’t need the pair of scrub pants, I would’ve left. I almost told them that staring me down made me uncomfortable, but I didn’t. Please do better and treat everyone with respect. :("

"Came here around closing time 7:30pm I was not greeted and was followed around the store this young chick slamming the hangers. Did not ask if I needed help just following me made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. They have a good selection of scrubs but definitely will not be back due to employees following me around like I was going to steal"
