"2/19/24. Went in @ 10:10 am. I guy behind the counter, on his cell phone. One guy walking the floor. He looked at us twice. NEITHER ONE of them acknowledged us. I asked the guy behind the counter, "you don't greet your customers"? Guy behind the counter briefly looked at us, said a half asked hi and went back to his cell phone. We've never been ignored like this before. We were the ONLY ones in that store. We walked out. We've purchased 8-10 pairs of shoes in last couple years. We will NOT Zbe back to this store. Amazon sells Sketchers. It was horrible service. Oh, wait, we were never acknowledged."
"The two staff members here were so helpful. The store is very clean and organized. They have a huge discount shoe area with tons of shoes in all sizes for kids, men, and women. The sales are good and signage and prices are posted so you know what you're spending. I really enjoyed buying shoes from here and will definitely return. Thank you!"
"I went in today to exchange a pair of shoes for my wife. Marie and Emily were the ones helping us with our transaction. They were both very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the return because I couldn't find my receipt. Both Marie and Emily provided us with excellent customer service. I would definitely come back to the store. Thank you both."
