"It is hard to give a rating...The staff are friendly but...I was there to return an online order and was told they cannot process returns for J Crew orders, only J Crew factory orders...and I have to go to the cherry creek store to return or pay the 8 bucks return shipping. The staff was apologetic, and it is certainly not his fault. But come on, J crew!"
"The service and Margarita was great! I had the green chili and it wasn't good at all!! I make green chili better than what they make. Wouldn't recommend."
"My sister, my mom and I were just in this store 10 mins ago. I was very appalled at their customer service. They ignored us completely, they never greeted us, never asked with we needed help. NOTHING. They IGNORED us. They just pretended we weren’t there. We were in the store for 15-20 minutes. I don’t want to make it about skin color but they sure make it hard. Please be better."
"The very feminine customer service agent today was very rude. As i was looking for Jeans he would follow me and harshly fix them after i looked at them as if i was messing things up so much. I gently looked at them and put them back. I felt very uncomfortable looking at merchandise after that. Will be shopping else where. What a bad experience."
