"Cashier with the necklace that says Julio is so rude. She hates her job. She grabs all the clothing and shoves it in the bag without folding, I did let her know it was a gift. I had to ask for paper sheets. I would understand if she was busy and had a bunch of people, but I was the only person there. I literally had to take out the shirts fold them nicely then put the paper in. Ive worked retail and customer service my whole life. Please take the time to guide your employees, train them, teach them, and make them feel appreciated."

"I would prefer not to be loquacious in a negative manner but not a single greeting from the Guess staff even though I walked by several employees. Too busy on their phones to even provide help. Oh, it would have been nice if they actually wore their masks. Taking my business elsewhere."

"I will never shop there again. I spend 1000's$ of dollars at this specific store. They tried to charge me 2 times. And then have the nerve to look at me as if I cldnt even afford it. They took 160$ from my acct n then wanted more money to pay the balance. I told them they charged me 2 times and I wasn't gonna give them anymore money. Showed them my statement online and still had the nerve to act like I was wrong. They screwed me out of my money until Tuesday when they will refund my card back. This isn't the only time I have had an issue at this store. They are rude and think they are better then the customer. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!"

"Zero stars deserved. I have been shopping there for years and yesterday was my last time. The store was jam packed, had to seek out one of the many girls that was either hiding in the stock room, walking so slow she couldn't possibly be getting anything done, hiding behind clothes racks trying to pretend they were busy organizing so they couldn't help customers, or the HORRIBLE "manager" that was playing around with some tags and writing while dozens of people need helped. Three registers and only one rude girl working one of them with six others wandering aimlessly, including the "manager" who was the nastiest of all of them. I waited in line forever, finally got to the front, I was trying to hurry with my purchase so the others behind me could get helped finally, walked away and noticed they charged me full price instead of the 30% off...walked right back up to the manager who was doing nothing but using the register top as a table to lean on, she told me I had to get back in the line to fix their mess up! I told her no, I'm not standing back in line, you screwed up, fix it. She tells me she's not working a register and there are other people waiting! I could have choked her, but was stupid enough to stand back in line and then other people started yelling. The manager disappeared to the front to fake fold stuff and left the rude girl to work alone. Everyone of these people needs to be fired, right after the "manager" and the new people need to be trained properly in customer service since this store has a reputation for this for years now. Doesn't make any sense to have this type of service, you are failing your store poor training and nasty people behind your brand."

"I wouldn't even give 1 star to this place... just made a purchase and it had to be the worst customer service ever!!!! The girls working here are stuck up and RUDE!!! if they don't like working there then quit!!! They just watched me all the time I was there and not one of them asked me if I needed any thing .. I had to ask for help and the girl with the long black hair got mad... then as I paid the other chubby girl just threw my bag and said "well here"... & The store is a huge mess.. I can't believe they have these types of people working here...."
