"Absolutely worst store front I've ever been too the employees were rude no greeting at the door or providing customer service. I took my recently purchased Ruby red watch (bought for a chrismas present) and took it to get fitted. The young girl was rude and snobby i asked her to remove a few links from the watch. Rudely took it to the back, 10 minutes passed and then she came back rudly gave me the watch back. When I return back to my house I looked at at the watch and there were scuffs and scratches all over the links and a chips in the paint. And management refuses to do anything or take accountability. I will never return to the store its a disgrace ADVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.!!"
