She and the manager Ms. Karen made it so much fun. They maintained their professionalism and ascertained that I was completely satisfied and happy with my choices. "The staff were super helpful even when it was really busy. The shoes are really comfortable and have no to minimal break in time so they’re ready to enjoy right away which is great for leather shoes. Each shoe style is cut a little differently so it’s great to be able to try on so many things in person. Will be returning when the seasons change over!"
"Clark's was the third shoe store we hit at the mall...and was definitely where we should have started. Valarie was fantastic. Helped us get just the right shoes for our tween's school dance and a sale pair for me. Catered to my tall kid's large feet with grace and cheer. While other stores made a 9.5W seem monstrous and odd Valarie had my kid feeling pampered and beautiful. Both our shoes are classy, cute and comfortable as well."
"Nice lady on the phone checked for shoes for me on a busy Saturday and I appreciated it even though I went down and didn't end up getting them. When I showed up a nice man helped me find them and had other suggestions when they didn't fit. It was very much appreciated. Good sales and clean store. Good selection too!"
