"This place is awful, the people who live there are not valued by the management. Look at the storage unit! It looks like a serial killers basement, and it's STILL under construction. This place used to be called whispering pines, and it still is an awful place to live. DON'T LIVE HERE!"
"It's too early to tell for sure, but since Deena Kay left the landlord position, it seems a lot more light hearted here, as the residents are not in fear of being written up for unnecessary and silly things unless they were smoozed up with Deena Kay. They even are having a friendly competition for Christmas decorating among residents. So it seems like so far, it's way better than with Deena Kay."
"Run down do not AirBNB here. Buildings are falling apart, siding is falling off and in need of replacement, door entries to buildings are shady and overall disrepair. Multiple vehicles up on blocks in the parking lot and random dogs running around the area."
