The homestead offers three charming bedrooms for guests to choose from. The "John Wayne Room" is a king suite on the second floor with stunning views of Mesa Ranch, furnished with original antiques from the famous "Hotel Colorado" in Glenwood Springs. The "Cattle Drover Room" features a comfy queen bed, while "The Billy the Kid Room" is perfect for a kiddo with a twin bed and desk. Additional roll-out beds are available for larger groups, accommodating up to 8 guests. Pets are welcome for a small fee.

"Straight-up the best air bnb I have every stayed at, incredibly affordable during COVID but easily worth several hundred a night. The farmhouse is historic and full of fun treasures, the cows are super cute, the landscape as you step out of the door is unbelievably stunning. The host has beehives on the ranch and will sell you great local honey for cheap. Kitchen is well-stacked, beds are plush and clean, I'm definitely going to be talking this place up to all my friends and hopefully return in the summer!"
