"I lived here for 4 years and couldn't have been more lucky to land something so affordable and to have a landlord like Steve! He even helped us land a cute little house when it was time to leave, our new landlord enjoyed talking to him as a reference. It was so nice to deal with him directly and have minor issues resolved pretty immediately, unlike corporate apts where you have to wait for someone to respond. Moving in was super easy, as was moving out, and I was a lil sad to go because of how great it's been. Steve is the literal best!"

"I lived at these apartments my first year of college and I loved it so much that I came back to live here again one year later! Steve (the landlord) is the best landlord I've ever had. If anything happens in your apartment he is there to fix it within one day. When he had to replace the hot water system he gave us all passes to shower at the rec center and use the facility there for free. When the quarter machine broke he went out of his way to bring me quarters from somewhere else. You literally cannot find a more helpful landlord. Even though the apartments are a little old they are well maintained. It is a great and affordable place to live in Durango. I highly recommend this apartment complex."
