"I know many people including myself who go without ER visit when obviously necessary instead of going there. Everything from the condescending way they speak to you, humiliating you by assuming ridiculous assumptions (w no valid evidence)of your lifestyle then treating you as if your insignificant medically and in general as a human being. Unless it’s for a second party to review,don’t waste your time reporting a grievance After months of “investigating” any incident the answer is ridicules and they obviously are afraid any admission of fault they’d be liable legally. As a Catholic I’m ashamed and shocked that a Catholic hospital conducts w their community this way. If you must go make sure a witness comes with. If your Medicaide expect to be treated as the lowest form of life on the planet."

"Lived here for 1 year. Underwent an illegal eviction at this place. Managment is a joke. The JL gray company owns this place and they dont take care of it at all. Work orders do not get filled for months if at all by the maintenance. I have had several neighbors complain about bed bug infestations that the management then makes them pay to have an exterminator come in when its obviously the entire building that is infested. When I started to bring up these problems they kept my rent check and never cashed it and said my rent was late then proceeded to kick me out. I am currently filling a lawsuit for harassment and can claim for a class action lawsuit once more of the current residents feel comfortable enough to write a statement. Right now they are in fear of being kicked out themselves."
