"I'm sad to have to write such a disappointing review. My husband and I took a trip to Durango where we were referred to Zach Morse by another realtor in a different town. Zach met with us and we immediately liked him and felt confident in him as a realtor. We zeroed in on a piece of property that we liked, met with Zach at the property, and expressed interest in learning more details. Zach assured us that he was going to look into a couple questions we had, get some more info, and get back with us. We left Durango excited about the possibilities of this property. We have not heard from Zach since that interaction. Despite many texts, calls, e-mails to Zach to follow up with our interests, he never responded. We were worried, thinking that something may have happened to him. I was able to make contact with the receptionist at the Liv Sotheby's office to learn that Zach was in fact fine, and she assured me that he (or at least some agent) would get back with me right away. Not the case. Not a call from anyone. Today I discovered that the property is under contract and the agent representing the buyer is Zach Morse. I have worked with many realtors over time and fortunately I've never had this kind of experience. Sadly, I would not recommend working with Zach Morse or with Liv Sotheby's in Durango."
