"Slum lords! Jamie put this place so far in the hole that they are recouping the cost from the clients. Rent went up over $100 and they do NO repairs even if it’s a safety issue. My advice, DON’T MOVE HERE"
"The Regional Manager Jamie is very unprofessional. Not to mention there's been 3 property managers in less than 2 years. They don't respond to emails until months later. The absolute worst place for families with small children due to safety hazards."
"They wait till the apartments on the inside get 90+ degrees before they even think about hooking your air up. If your cooler is in need of repair it won’t happen. They will plug water lines with bolts instead of getting a new spider arm. They 100% don’t check belts or if your motor is even tight enough to get the fan to spin. 1000% do not care about you or your family. Meth and violent crimes are welcome as well."
"Really enjoyed living here for the most part until they posted a notice on my door that my Rent was going up 65 dollars in the middle of my lease. I can barely afford the rent as is and they are trying to squeeze more out of me without me agreeing to anything. I am only about halfway through my lease and I am afraid I might get kicked out because I can't afford this increase. On top of this maintenance staff has walked right into our house without being let in and without posting a notice (was not in response to any emergency or me calling them for anything). I really like my privacy and this was a total invasion and left me feeling unsafe."
"They told us to put down everything we did under the background check by word to make sure we are being truthful. which doesn't make sense because they run a background on you anyway. So we did what they wanted and they said if we don't write something down that shows up on the background we could be denied. So we wrote what we thought would show up and we were denied for being too honest. WTF kind of crap is that. You turn down a family of three because we were doing exactly what you wanted??? And when you drive through it trying to see what the apartments look like, you'll see cops and meth-heads all over the place. They'll let drug users and violent people live there, but not us??? Doesn't make sense to me.....You're better off trying to get a nun to screw."
