"For decades I've been searching for authentic LanZhou style (as opposed to the southern / Taiwanese style) hand pulled noodles. And oh my have I found it by chance! We can here for bubble tea but realized they have hand pulled and hand shaved noodles. So we decided to try it a week later. I was not disappointed! The soup was flavorful yet not too oily. You can tell the noodles were fresh and springy when you bite into it! Adding just a bit of chilli oil, you've got a masterpiece! Highly recommend and I will absolutely return for the noodle soups!"
"Just come and try for yourself, it's just delicious. Based on reviews we tried both the shaved noodles (spicy) with beef shank, and soup with brisket and hand pulled noodles. A little salty, a little oily but so much flavor. The variety of milk teas is excellent, too. Help out a small business and enjoy their foods."
"Order the combination fried noodles, one hand pulled and one shaved. Had the shaved noodles with the spicy numb sauce and pulled noodles with a brown sauce and some spice. Absolutely delicious. If you love noodles, you won't be disappointed. Everything was cooked to order and fresh. You can order at the table, but will pay at the counter."
"Authentic. Chinese. Hand Pulled. Noodles. My Chinese wife and I both love this hole in the wall find we tried on a whim (and barely found). It’s called Volcano Tea House on exterior. We both say Shaved Noodle > Hand pulled. I like the beef shank stir fry, spicy. My wife likes the soup with pork rib. Broth is well done—flavorful! Spicy popcorn chicken is yummm. Great portions and price. Same staff all the time—super friendly. Must try if you like authentic Chinese noodles."
