"Went in today and told the guy I needed help picking out paint but I do have an idea of color and had pictures of ideas. The man stopped me while talking and stated that he is not allowed to help or make recommendations. He just pointed and stated all he can tell me is to go over to the wall around the corner and pick a color. He stayed behind the counter the whole time. Needless to say I left,and this was a recommendation from my builder to come get paint here. Even though advertisement with sherwin williams states "Let us know if your touching up or repainting a room so we can help help you find the perfect colors and recommend the best paint for your project"."
"Disappointed that I had to partially mix my own paint. Hope is ges on even. I understand everyone has new people but the guy that took my order didn't fab a spot on the top so clearly didn't check the paint. I didn't want to be "extra" and ask for that bit I guess we have to double check. I write this so managers have the opportunity to for accountability. I know sherwin williams does good training because I had awesome service from another store. The other store even offers to carry out paint. (I don't need that with small orders)"

"The people were great. Very friendly and help me get what I needed. Unfortunately, the paint I needed was very difficult for them to mate, and the gallon of it pressurized and popped open during the mixing process. I ended up having to go to three different locations to get the paint I needed, which was very frustrating. Also, I use their online paint ordering tool to order the paint, I ordered 3 gallons of oil-based enamel. I received a confirmation email stating that I had ordered three gallons, but when I arrived at the store they had free quarts for me. This added to my frustration, I wish they had just contacted me instead of changing the order to quarts."
