"I didn’t even realize there was a party store in Parker, here I’ve been driving to Lone Tree/Centennial to hit the other one. With that, I went into the other store that everyone knows to get balloons and as soon as I walked in they said they were out of helium. I live in Castle Rock and the thought of having to now drive the opposite direction to hit another store didn’t make me happy but I needed these balloons. I did a Google search and that is when I found this store and thought to myself this whole time I could’ve just driven one town over. Very lovely staff at Party America. They told me they are family owned and it shows in their impeccable customer service. One of my balloons popped before I even got home so I called them and they said come back we will fill up another one for you. This is where I’ll be going in the future for party supply and balloon needs."

"I needed some Christmas paper goods and I couldn’t find what I needed anywhere (Walmart, Target, even Amazon). I stopped by one day and found exactly what I needed! I also found great basketball party supplies for my son. When I need party supplies in the future, this will be my first stop! Friendly employees who helped me find exactly what I needed."

"Great little shop! We were amazed by what all they had in stock. Several different theme party asiles, current holiday decor, and lots of party basics It's nice to be able to go in and get what you need that day and to see what you are getting vs. buying online. This was our first visit, we found exactly what we needed and will definitely be back!"

"Really extensive store inventory. I don't feel like it's extremely expensive for costumes or party supplies. I do feel like the balloon selection, though awesome, impressive, and vast-- is SUPER pricey. Party City has deals on their site where you can use coupon codes that will give you the same thing for half the price. So, for balloons, Party City. For everything else (that Walmart doesn't have), I go here. I have used their goody bag aisle for kids' birthdays and class parties. Cool stuff without breaking the bank. If shopping here for Halloween, go early before they're sold out. I suggest checking prices on stuff that's not marked because I unknowingly paid $20 once for a fake cut my daughter wanted. #WHY. But mostly good experiences. My kids love coming here and being silly. Cool holiday decor for every upcoming holiday."

"Bought balloons here. Was NOT told then that when I brought them back in they would charge me for having them inflated. .yet would have been free day of... then when there I said oh well I have a helium tank at home. Went to check out and asked oh how much are your helium tanks. He then told me the tanks cannot fill mylar balloons so again had to turn around and go back to the balloon center and have balloons filled. Beyond ridiculous to have to pay for 5 balloons to be filled for $21. When I had already bought them. Horrible communication and customer service. I would have never walked out of the store with my balloons last week if I knew this was how I would be treated."
