"Edit: after about 4 hours back and forth with customer service, the issue was discovered. The liner needs to touch both the front and rear seams in order to keep leaks from occurring. After correcting this issue we have had zero leaks and my baby is a flooder, he will fill a disposable diaper in less than an hour. So i have updated my review to reflect this. I left one star off because i do find it kinda strange that the standard cloth diapers allow you to choose the insert type but the OBV only comes with bamboo. I will have to invest in $80 worth of microfiber inserts. But aside from that we are good I used Rumparooz 7 years ago and loved them so when i finally had another baby i spent upwards of $500 on cloth diapers from this company and they leak like no ones business. I had 3 or 4 of these when my older son was a baby and they were practically leakproof. Now whatever they have done with the material had caused them to be soak thru clothes with the smallest wet diaper. I bought the diaoers i have between June and August and my child was born in September. I have tried these with as much determination as i can muster. They suck. The $30 for 6 cheap diapers on Amazon are better. I could get my money back if i could. I have almost 2 dozen OBVs and 2 of the standards and i can't get kore than $80 for the bundle secondhand."

"This is the Kanga Care cooperate headquarters and shipping center, with a small retail showroom open limited hours. That being said, it was so much fun to see the diapers and other accessories in person before buying! These are my favorite cloth diaper brand and so far everything I've bought has been of excellent quality. The company also provides amazing customer service! They have helped me with my wash routine and were very responsive with a warrantee issue, providing shipping for the item and a repair even though it is a "retired" color. You could just buy online, but with such a cute retail space and knowledgeable staff, if you're in the area, stop in and check it out."
