"Had a great boot fitting appointment with Mason today. I first went to Powder7 last year when I was first getting into skiing. I got some sweet demo skis and bindings from them for a great price. I had those tuned at the start of this season and they even replaced a slightly cracked toe piece in one of the bindings free of charge. Currently I'm putting together an uphill capable setup so went in today for some hybrid boots. Mason took the time to discuss exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to ski with them. He then made sure we got a great fit while still offering me a few different options. Amazing service as always, and it's why I keep going back and recommending this place to friends."

"Id purchased boots here a few years ago at an unbeatable price. Last week, I bought a new pair of skis and bindings for my daughter, also at a great price. Unfortunately, a mistake was made when mounting the bindings. I spoke with Jonathan, the manager, and Powder7 was fully accountable for the issue and found an immediate resolution in a professional and courteous manner that i found satisfactory. I applaud their customer service and highly recommend this shop. They run a robust online business and maintain an intimate in person vibe in Golden while looking out for their customers."
