"Although I typically like this store and shop here a few times a year I was very disappointed to find out that they don’t accept returns for online orders. I went to the store but they didn’t have a wide selection of colors for the shirt that I wanted so I ordered them online. While online I ended up ordering a few more things that I never tried on at the store which didn’t end up fitting. I tried to return the unwanted items, but this location says they won’t accept online returns. Very disappointing that you could use the brand name but not function like every other store."

"I’m not sure what happened to the service at Toad but it’s gone downhill. I WAS a frequent shopper at the store but was there today with my 6 year daughter and she had to use the bathroom terribly. I asked the store clerks if my 6 yr old could use the restroom and they looked confused by the question and ignored my request. I was stunned by their response and can’t believe they don’t allow customers to use the facilities. I was about to make a purchase and decided against it due their inflexibility to accommodate a child."

"This place is a great find. We were walking down the strip and I noticed some awesome socks in their window. I had to have a pair so we went in and did some quick shopping. Fun upbeat atmosphere and the employees working there today were very friendly and helpful. I love it when you find a shop like this who makes you feel welcome. Thank you!!!"
