"I am in the market for some counter tops and made the mistake of contacting Jody for some information. I mentioned laminate, because I am in the beginning stages of my research on counter tops and their costs. Because I said laminate, she immediately assumed my price point was low. She completely insulted me by assuming I couldn't afford the type of products BMC sells. She never once asked for a price point or tried to explain the types of counter tops sold by BMC. Then she offered "Chinese - put together yourself cabinets". I never even mentioned the need for cabinets. I am seriously taken back by that whole conversation. I will never purchase one thing from this store even though I could afford the highest end items they sell."
