"UPDATE: it’s been a MONTH and still no response or effort from this company to resolve the damage incurred to my property. Tim stated that both Loma and Jake were to be handling the issue however there has been no contact made with us to resolve it. Loma was the rudest woman I’ve ever spoken with and stated she had no information and even if she did that could not speak with us and would only speak with our contractor. The contractor has attempted to get in touch with them on multiple occasions as well but has had no response. This company is proving VERY low integrity and competency. DO NOT do business with these individuals. Horrible customer service! Your men damaged 3 slabs of concrete because they idiotically placed the stabilizer on the corner of 3 slabs. I have both picture and video proof and yet the TERRIBLE woman on the phone continued to yell at us and stated that she did not have any info on this (we’ve called 2x before AND the contractor has already been in contact & sent proof). She continued to argue and acted as if WE were the problem for inquiring as to how this company would have integrity and fix the damage that THEY caused. This company also never even had the courtesy to knock on the door to let us know they were there for the delivery. The only reason we knew someone was here was the sound of pounding footsteps on our roof. You entered my property without my consent, damaged my property, and now will not correct your error??? DO BETTER!! HAVE INTEGRITY!"

"These guys have an annoying trick they do: when they don't want to talk to you or deal with your problem they put you on hold making you wait for 3-4 minutes and then it automatically transfers you to voicemail. Then they don't even bother calling you back."

"Good pricing is promised, but when I ordered material and asked for an order acknowledgement 3 times they said they would provide, but didn't. When I received invoices they did not charge what was on the price sheet they provided me and Scott was like we will put leans on your customers houses and you can deal with your customers and your contract says we can change prices any time. So they knew they were price gouging me and that is why they did not send order acknowlegments as I was requesting and as they had in the past. One item went up $47.05 it almost doubled. On previous orders I was able to catch order errors when I did receive order acknowledgments. All I can is beware!"

"If you are a truck driver coming here to unload, avoid if possible, the forklift drivers are more interested in listening to their Hispanic music then trying to get you unloaded. Sat for over 4 hours to unload 2 trucks"
