Bedrosians Tile & Stone

"We've had great results with the tile from Bedrosian. Many designers go here. I've found the front desk folks to be kind and helpful but not over bearing to regular folks like me. The tile just has that extra touch of style. We did the Celine matte black 2x6 tile which turned out great in this small area. We did giant 48"x48" Magnifica Nineteen porcelain tile in Wave Ice in the laundry/mudroom and that is a dream to clean with almost no grout lines. We're also doing the Makoto hexagon matte Kumo Grey for a bathroom. Love them all and prices were reasonable."

"The tile I got was beautiful, but the process of ordering and the aftermath were not pleasant. I was about to place my order online, but when I called the store they said I could place it through them and it would all be the same. They didn't inform me that the store itself doesn't take returns (whereas if I ordered it online I would have been able to return the tile). Normally I wouldn't blame anyone but myself for this, but in this case when I was talking through the ordering options with someone at the store and together we decided to order through the store, they definitely should have mentioned that you can't return any extra tile. I called and called the store afterwards trying to see if there was anything I could do with my extra tile, and it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone. My phone calls and messages weren't returned multiple times. Finally I emailed the manager at LEAST asking for a refund on the damaged tile, which he did give me, but now I am stuck with several boxes of tile in my 900 sq ft apartment, and I'm out hundreds of dollars. I got attitude from the people on the phone (the only nice person was Chris). Some of my most expensive tile did come damaged, but they did refund me for these."

"Save your time and money if you are considering the magnifica porcelain countertops. Not even one year old and we have multiple chips and an enormous crack. Incredibly disappointing product, highly advise against."
