"Never had a good experience with this location. Orders not arriving on time, items not being available, and after this latest experience I’ll never be going back. I walk in the store to find not a single soul at the front counter. I stand around for 30 minutes before someone finally comes up from the back and tells me they are the only person available, and they are busy so I have to wait. I ask her how long and she tells me I have to stand around for an additional 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. No contractor goes to parts supply houses to waste 45 minutes doing absolutely nothing. Terrible store. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else."

I have been here a couple times recently and can’t say enough nice things about everyone there. So hopefully and friendly. I’ve never felt talked down to. Very thankful that I found this place!"
"Bai'lee, Ann, and Eric did an outstanding job of customer service. Recently there was an issue on an order. These individuals did not get frustrated, give up or get upset. They worked as a team on the issue. All three did an outstanding job of figuring out the issue an resolving it. Whenever I come in to order or purchase parts they always have a smile on their face. They are quick to acknowledge you.They are very knowedgeable. Always willing to help out. They give world class service. They are a big part of why I come to this Grainger store."
