"I recently spent over $800 on flooring products and was told I could return any unopened and unused items. When I attempted to return 2 gallons of finish I was told "it was too cold". I read the manufacturer specs and the guidelines state only to keep from freezing which I did. Now I'm stuck with over $380 worth of finish even though I did nothing wrong. Worse yet, the temperature of my product was arbitrary and based on nothing but a touch. Very disappointed!"
