"If you are looking for a stable work environment, you do not want to work here! the "supervisors" for 2nd shift last all of three weeks to a month, they only hire through temp agency's so plan for the long drawn out hiring process. The only saving grace are the few folks who stuck it out and show up to work everyday. But i mean really, when you hire through temp agency's what kind of work do you expect to get done? Would i recommend working for capital? No. Would i recommend them to any lumber yard or DC? Absolutely not! That is unless you like returning broken lumber to them just to get a run around."
