"They were very slow getting me loaded when I came to pick up materials. It was only a couple pipe jacks and it took 45min to get me on the road. Other than that everything else was fine. Staff was polite and professional. Materials were in stock."

"I just turned south onto N. Washington St when my covered trailer popped off my trucks hitch. I immediately pulled into the center turn lane as that seemed like the safest spot. Just when I got out of my truck 3 of your workers (2 on fork lifts and 1 on foot) were there to assist me. They said they heard a loud bang and looked to see what it was. One of them blocked one of the southbound lanes and helped direct traffic while the other two helped me get the trailer back on the hitch. They were all very safe, professional, and quick! Something that would have taken me at least an hour to figure out by trying to get a jack under there, took them less than 5 minutes. It is great to know in a world with so much bad news that we still have every day great people! I am so very grateful of your 3 employees that helped me out. I do not know their names as they were like super heroes, they came and saved my day and were off to the next task (aka work). \ Thank you again you three!"
