"I have been a member since this location opened and I unfortunately have decide to cancel my membership. It is very difficult to get in appointments that fit my schedule anymore, I will try to book several appointments several months out. Here is where I am beyond frustrated. More than 50% of the time the appointment is cancelled because the tech had called in for some reason. People get sick and have issues I get it but when it happens to me more than half of my appointments I have to imagine it is happening to other people too. I keep trying to get in a routine and either the tech quits or cancels. Just wish there were people committed to their job. Off to find a place where people show up."

"I love H&S in Parker! I have been a member for a couple years now and I love every massage I've had. It can be hard to schedule with a specific therapist, but booking online with flexibility for providers is easy and quick! Also just keep checking the online app as cancellations do come up. Everyone is so nice and friendly at Hand & Stone, it's a great atmosphere. Highly recommend."

"Beware of credit card charges without your consent! The management at hand and stone could use an upgrade. Trying to get someone to help you is an absolute nightmare. I was charged one amount on my credit card and once I walked out, 15 minutes later another charge was made on my account. I called the spa to ask about it, the person who answered looked at it and acknowledged that two transactions should not have been made and that I was owed $30 dollars back, she told me a “manager” would get back to me. Well no one did, so I called again still no help. Well come today Jordyn Toomey called, the regional manager. I informed her how I thought it was unacceptable that I was charged two amounts on the same day without being notified. Her response “well you were charged for the services you received correct,” wow what a response from a manager, she didn’t even listen to what I was saying. I never said I did not want to pay, I was upset I was charged twice in on day with no notification. She also proceeded to tell me that $30 was not owed back to me for “future reference,” but still refunded it. Again bravo on your customer service skills Jordyn. It’s not that I don’t want to pay, I always pay, I actually pay more out of pocket for services then my membership per month, so to be met with such a nonchalant answer and how she wasn’t there so she can’t speak on anything. Ok Jordyn, how about just making it right and training your staff to be better."
