Westerly RV Park

"Stayed @ Westerly mid July. It’s a very small park that’s a single circle. The road is a thick pebble gravel (slightly challenging to walk on it’s so thick) and all sights are gravel. There is some VERY sparse grass between sites but mostly dirt. The middle, end sites have grass and that was irrigated with sprinklers and that was the only real area to toilet dogs. The “dog park” really should be torn down as it is a chain linked fenced area covered in dirt and weeds, not much bigger than a grave. There is a tent area for one tent that should be converted into the dog area. Our site was awkward as we were a back-in site but the site on our campsite was a front drive-in site. That made it awkward as we we’re essentially sharing an outdoor area with our neighbors. There is the train that dives by and is quite loud but didn’t bother us. There is a grocery store just down the street and MANY restaurants just a short distance into town. The best park was the hot springs directly across the street. Our Verizon signal was often nonexistent."

"Just to close to Highway, lots of road noise all hours .. Next to hot springs place, great place , but all locals drive a short distance . 4 months to reserve spot, and stuck in hot sun 2/3 of the day no shade , and forced to pull on straight instead of back -in as was booked, because electric and plumbing on wrong side of trailer. Will not recommend this place , Owners are not around and support staff are nice, but what can they do, without leadership. Contracted mowers refused to stop mowing when they saw Us eating on pick-nick table for breakfast!"

"We love this park! Cleanest RV park we have ever been to, owners are very kind people, and we loved all of the fruit trees! This park is directly across from Colorado's biggest hot springs. The two bad reviews of this place we read were obviously written by terrible people because this is an excellent park. Thanks Westerly for the wonderful stay!!"

"Very nice and clean RV campground. Management staff is friendly, other campers were chill, and everyone was quiet and the whole place was nice and dark at night for awesome views of the stars. A geothermal creek runs along the one edge of the park, which is really neat to see and feel naturally hot water (just be careful, it can get dangerously scalding hot, so warn children and watch your pets). In all, highly recommended. We've stayed here 3 different times."
