"owner is cheap. doesn't care about the appearance of his towels and sheets. but the girl doing laundry and the housekeeper work really hard to make the rooms look nice. they made the stay doable. if it wasn't for those two ladies I wouldn't have stayed, the hotel would be awful without them! wifi sucked!"

"I am really unable to give them 3/4 of one star. Worst of “The worst customer service” EVER! Early morning person is the rudest individual, mad if he gets woke up at 6:35 am for guest service. He came charging out of this room 111. They are in the “money loosing” business. The man is down right hateful. They should rid themselves of him. He makes the Inn so much more trashy than it ALREADY is. They lie, I was told my “pet” deposit would be given back. They charged a pet deposit for my service dog… five days now, I still haven’t gotten back!! No other motel has ever charged a deposit for a “service dog” ADA certified. Take note: word of mouth is powerful reviews are what counts. You are failing people who stay in your Inn."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! If you selected this hotel because of low price or location, you will regret it. Facility is in terrible condition and the only staff (one person) was unavailable. First, upon arrival at 5:30p to check in from my advance reservation, there was absolutely no one at the front desk for at least 30 minutes. Tried calling from the front desk phone - no answer! Turns out, the phone was broke. Then after finally getting to the room, the key card didn’t work. Back to the front desk for new card - it didn’t work either. The one and only staff person tried - no success, he finally opened the door with a screwdriver. Once inside, the room was clean, but nothing worked - the phone (no answer), TV did not work - tested exit and re-entry of door, failed again - staff again unable to fix it. This hotel is a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST!!"

"Very rude owner, we had issues with the cleanliness of our room. The owner just said " There are no bed bugs in my hotel". He never even bothered to check our room. There was dirt in the carpet and several stains on the sheets and pillows. We canceled our stay and still had to pay the night."

"I'm not picky with hotels, as long as they're decently clean, but this was the first time I felt the need to leave. The room was absolutely nasty, stains on every single textile in the room ranging from blood, to crumbs, to potentially snot. The smell when we entered the room was awful. Key card didn't work 90% of the time. We found signs that hinted towards flea or bed bug ingestion and when asking the owner about it he just told us there are "no bed bugs in his hotel" and he would not give us a new room, not refund the night WITHOUT EVEN TAKING A LOOK, and even told us that it was probably our own fault because we'd been in the room for like half an hour at that point, and we should've checked immediately (which we did it just took a few minutes). On top of that they claim to provide breakfast on google, which is a straight up lie. No water refill, ice machine was broken, walls are extremely thin, soap and shampoo provided are a joke. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else."
