"Amazing stay! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot spring tubs were perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was yummy. Overall a wonderful experience and definitely would recommend!"

"The tubs are small and unique and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The continental breakfast was a flop, staff weren't pleasant. I've wanted for several years to stay here but I will take my money back to twin peaks moving forward."

"This is a cute place for what it is! It’s not new… but they did make the effort to put a really nice mattress and pillows in the room. Which makes all the difference when you don’t a require fancy-high end hotel. The hot tubs are tapped in to the hot springs so it is spring water and they’re super cute. You do have to walk from your room to the hot tubs behind the facilities. If you’re into hiking, ice climbing or exploring this is a great spot to rest your head afterwards. Would definitely go back."

"This hotel is a literal ripoff! I booked a room a few years ago but had to cancel due to medical reasons. I canceled six days prior to arrival and still have not received a refund! Conveniently, they say they've lost the booking number and all related correspondence. I have not! I have the bank records to show they never refunded me and the emails to prove when the cancelation occurred. I have been assured time and again that the owner would contact me but she's conveniently never around and can't be bothered to respond to emails. I want my money returned!"

"This is a cute hotel on the outside… but inside… well it was very dirty, the carpet didn’t look like they vacuumed before us, there was mold in the room, and the sink smelled so bad we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The hot tub was nice other than the algae stained my husband’s swimming suit. We didn’t eat breakfast because it was not much to choose from."
