"This has been the biggest joke of my life! My neighbor flooded my condo on January 5th and there is damage to my ceiling in my kitchen. Servpro has been to my house SIX times and they still have not completed the project successfully. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you want to wait months and months for a job that does not look satisfactory whatsoever! They act like they want to help, but I think they just want $$"
