"We were building a new house and wanted to maximize the space in our small pantry. We worked with Kira on a custom design, and it came out exactly as we wanted. Throughout the project, the communication and service were exceptional. The installers came when they said they would, did everything perfectly and left it cleaner than they found it! The whole process went smoothly and better than expected. In particular, we loved working with Kira and hope to work with her on other projects."

"We were very pleased throughout the design process as we felt that all of our needs and wants were heard. It felt like as soon as we paid our deposit, communication became difficult. The lack of response and missed appointments by California Closets was very frustrating. For all future appointments I had asked for a text or email confirmation which I was assured I would receive, but never did. I ended up taking it upon myself to call and confirm all future appointments as to not have another mishap. Our installations were going into a new build so it was imperative to keep things on schedule. There was an issue with one of our cabinet fronts which CC did end up replacing. We have not moved into our home yet so I cannot comment on the functionality, however we are very pleased with the overall look of everything. For such an expensive product, the lack of communication was disappointing and frustrating at times."

"Our entire California Closets experience was above and beyond start to finish. Our designer, Lisa Hoskins, was very attentive to our closet and storage needs. We let our closets be the disorganized situation they were when she came in for the initial consult so she could see what we needed. She came up with an amazing design for all 4 of our spaces. The customer service team followed up promptly to schedule install. Our installation team-wow! Professional, efficient, kind and courteous. And the product itself is beyond amazing. Highly highly recommend California Closets!!"

"My sales/design consultant, Alexandra, was so knowledgeable and her skill in the design software made it so effortless to make changes and try out different placement/sizes for cabinets/shelves, etc. I have a very long but slanted attic closet in my main bedroom which made it difficult to design and ensure every inch that could be used, was! The installers were so fast and did a great job! I thought the install was a 2-day process, but they had it all wrapped up in a day, and left my space super clean."

"My designer Lora was easy to work and presented multiple options based on my input to the design. The install team was easy to work with - I had to reschedule my install several times due to delays in getting the flooring redone prior to install. When I was ready for install the team did a great job installing the closet system and a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished. In fact I've never seen a contractor do that good of job cleaning up after their work, no dust or debris anywhere! The closet system is great, meeting all my expectations!"
