"We like our kitchen countertop, and want to keep it, so replacing the cabinet entirely is not an option for us. We didn’t like the cabinet door pulls, and there were no soft close hinges. We received a few quotes. Kitchen Tune-up is not the best pricing, but we decided to go with them because of the solution and design idea Kathryn provided, and how professional both Kathryn and Paul Josh are. We had a lot of communications and discussions before placing the order, and both Katherine and Paul are very easy to work with. There are issues, some from installation and some from our house condition, Paul is patient, helpful and responsive. The Installation team are friendly and helpful, too, they even fixed our sticking doors. We did the cabinet door replacement in our kitchen and laundry room, new drawers, new organizers, new door pulls, soft close hinges, new casing/ corbels for the kitchen island countertop support, new dry bar cabinet, cabinet tuneup for bathroom vanities and front door. We are satisfied with every single job, and will definitely hire them again!"
