"I went in to get some t-shirts printed for my company. I inquired at the counter and was informed that the lady that does the printing was on break. I waited 20 mins and went to do some other shopping. I returned 20 min later and was told she was still on break. I left my card with the cashier and politely requested that they give me a call when available. I never received a call and i was going to get a very large order of company shirts ( 50 or so) This is the loss of Gen X! If i treated my customers with such lackadaisical respect i would not be in business very long. They have lost a customer in me. Not impressed with the customer service at all!!!"
"When I visited the customer service was a joke, and it needed a deep clean. The products were unimpressive and also had a musty odor to each shirt and shorts that I looked at. Rack after rack was like this. I left and have had no interest in returning. I'm not sure if this is the norm for this store, but I prefer clean clothes and helpful staff that are available if I need anything."

"Great place for large size shirts for men. Came looking for plan tshirts sizes 4x and 5x arms found them here for a decent price. Store was clean and it was easy to find what I needed. Customer Service was okay but could have been better, the young ladies at the front were too occupied at one point talking to each other. That they didn't notice me and my daughter waiting to be assisted."
