"Worst Safeway I've ever been too. Go to a location with more money and you'll see how much this SW is lacking. They don't even have baskets to carry stuff in! It's crazy and they are lacking so much product compared to the one in lone tree. I see how SW treats their more marginalized communities. Shame on them."

"Deceptive pricing. Price on sale tag often does not match coupon in app or in sales paper. Constant requirement of clerk to override. Very tedious to a point you just opt to not get the discount. I think that’s the scam."

"Written on:1-7-24 This store is clean and usually well stocked. The employees are few, however helpful when you can find one. I will preface this with I have a handicap walk with a cane painful for me to walk and stand for long periods. On this day I came into the store at 1 in the afternoon on a Sunday. No handicap cart (ok someone else must have it fair enough) No other carts or basket. I thought I can walk a little. I would have left if another customer was nice enough to go to the parking lot to get me a cart. I want to be clear I am not upset with the employees. These issues are due to the owners policies and management. Went to check out (here is the cranky point) over 20 people in the check out lane and over 20 in the self check out. Ask if they could call for more and was told the manager was checking people out and there were no other qualified checkers that they could call. Over 30 minutes to check out. Finally a second one miraculously appeared. This is not employees fault this is poor coverage by ownership and/or management. It may have been because of call outs. I must add I was tempted to leave my cart and walk out, however I wouldn't feel right not putting everything back. After waiting I was in too much pain to put things back. Suggestion to ownership and management you have a good crew set them up for wins not complaint and more work like people leaving carts and walking out. . Please do Better! Better for your customers and for your employees."

"Most of the time the employees are super nice but y’all need to just close the deli down if there’s never going to be hot and ready food to eat. If you inquire about it you get an attitude, I go after 10am, 11am, 12 noon and sometimes no food is out. Lots of us work early jobs and depend on stuff like this to be able to eat lunch. Super disappointed."

"I have a full load of cart like this, and suddenly I cannot find my cart! It's not at the checkout also, where the cart with nobody should be. I walked by every aisle to search for my cart, thinking is there somebody playing with me? Finally I found the right person to get me my cart, it was inside of the employee only delivery staging area. Well I just feel like I was played by this Safeway."
