"Traded in a switch for a ps5 and also bought an extra controller for my daughter, but she received one from a friend. I tried to return the controller the next day but they would only give me store credit instead of returning to my card even though I paid way more then what the credit would cover. Do not give GameStop any of your business they manipulate you into only purchasing from their store. Amazon all the way!"
"I purchased a used PS4 in November as a Christmas present. I opened it up this week to get it all set up and the console froze and then could not connect to the HDD. I took it back and was told that because I bought it so long ago they couldn’t do anything. Make sure you check these immediately when you buy them even if it’s a gift. Otherwise you’re left with an expensive paper weight."

"Employee Audra needs to learn customer service. Called the store for some basic assistance with PS. Store employees are always willing to assist, which is why we shop at GameStop. That was until today, when Audra put me on an internal hold, then refused to answer my questions bc it "wasn't her job unless you're in the store." District management please educate your employees so you may keep loyal customers, especially in this rough economy. Audra your actions were disappointing."
"The store was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store had a lot of products and had everything we were looking for in stock. Ended up purchasing a birthday gift and some extra games. The used games seemed to be pretty decently priced."
