"Nothing but wonderful things to say about the brilliant Customer Service we had at this location. Stephanie went above and beyond helping us find a bike that was suitable, and available for me. When there wasn’t anything in her store- she immediately called the Denver location and got them to hold a bike for me to look at. She also recommended other bike dealerships in the vicinity- just in case. We were on a deadline and truly appreciative. We ended up buying our bike from the Denver location and couldn’t be happier. "We rented e-bikes from Mike on Sunday. The rental process was smooth, and Mike was very friendly. He found out I was local and lived in the neighborhood, and gave us a great deal. "While in Denver CO last week we stopped in at the Southlands Mall in Aurora. I saw a bike shop there and wanted to look around. Come to find out it was a Pedego shop and they had rental bikes. We took a quick lesson and were off on a beautiful 12 mile ride around the Aurora reservoir bike path. These Pedego's can be pedaled with a motor assist or if your lazy, don't pedal, just twist the right hand throttle and your cruising up to 20 mph in a flash. Great disk brakes and it's easy to control your speed. These machines are awesome!! We liked it so much we went back again the next day."
"Great staff, wonderful bike and a great experience. They rented me a bike for the week and there's no better way to explore the hundreds of miles of excellent Denver bike trails. Denver is surprisingly flat so I was able to get about 35 miles to a battery charge."
