"I've shopped at a few Rue 21 locations and I have to say The Aurora Mall location was the best I've been in. It was exceptionally clean, the employees were extremely helpful and very friendly. Shopping for clothes is such a stressful time for me and even the manager (Nicole) came to help. She was very friendly and so patient. She definitely made this one of my best shopping experiences ever! I Will definitely be back!!"
"Manager and guy behind counter was very rude. They didn't help us. They thought waiting at the register was what they was getting paid to do!!! I was there to shop for family members. Instead of thanking them for saving me from wasting my money at the store, i want to say I hope they learn how fortunate they are to have a job and learn what needs to be done to keep it. They have a lot of growing up to do. The Company needs to be careful about who they hire to represent the Rue 21 Brand!!"
