"I've been a customer for the last five years and have purchased quite a few pairs of glasses in that time. They used to be awesome. Sue and the gal before her were both amazing in their personalities, customer service, and skills at adjustment. Unfortunately, that's changed. Harold, who started during Sue's tenure, used to be so pleasant - not great at adjusting glasses, but pleasant. I don't know what happened, but after my two visits there in the last ten days, suffice it to say I'm going to find another location with which to do business. Not only has the formerly cheery atmosphere of the shop deteriorated, but Harold actually argued with me about the crookedness of my glasses - as if it was just my imagination. I paid my bill, cut my losses, and left. I'll not be back."

"Easy location for car and bus. Very nice, knowledgeable staff. Excellent frame selection. Decent prices. This will be my eyeglass shop for my duration of life.
