Then I realized the bike's tires were squeaking because they hadn't been properly tightened, and the handlebars came so loose that a normal grip pulled them out of alignment. When I reached out to the company and requested an appointment, I was completely ignored. Frankly, I expect better when I pay this much money for work."

"I recently got a new canyon ebike and was swapping it to tubeless when we came to realize the thru axle was way over tightened and we couldn't get it off from the factory. We did what we could and ended up stripping it out. So it was time to take it to a shop, the guys at hood wrench were so nice and understanding and it only took them about a day to get everything fixed and in working condition! These guys are amazing and definitely recommended at this point, I'll be bringing my bike back anytime I have a major issue again."
