"9/23/23-I would give them negative stars if I could they make disabled people run all over the store to try and use the restroom. Some people like myself that don't have a gall bladder can't play those games. Their current practice of bathroom management is a form of discrimination against people with disabilities and they should be reported for ADA violations. Please boycott this location until they change their bathroom practices."
"Good customer service. Lack of options honestly. The fashion section both for men and women smells like old damp clothes. I don't know why but that's what we experienced. Prices were decent, customer service was great. Just the floor itself doesn't seem like it's been serviced or cleaned in a long time."
"I went to the counter to pay for the shoes that Dillard's advertised for 40 percent off. But the clerk told me that the shoe's wasn't 40 percent off. So I asked the store to honor the sale and each manager refused. Make long story short. I called their corporate and they told the manager that they have to follow rules and I got the shoes for 40 percent off."
