He’s a great consultant (listens to our needs and other parents feedback so you get the best bike for your family), super friendly and doesn’t try to oversell you. "Wonderful shop that specializes in electric/family/cargo, but services and works with regular bikes as well Additionally, they have a surprisingly large and robust inventory of accessories for its size (pedals, grips, helmets, bags, fenders, etc). The owner, Mackenzie, is amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm so happy to have found this gem for all my cycling needs!"

"Update on hours needed. Here on Tuesday for the second time this month, and they're closed. I understand staffing is complex, but please be frank and update the hours 10-12-22 Hours are now updated on Google and all platforms! Hardy is a Family Cyclery we have been using for several years. They’re fast and offer a number of bikes. Friendly staff and super inclusive riders of all ages and abilities. Happy to see they have survived the pandemic."

His shop is conveniently located near the Stanley Marketplace and he is very experienced and helping you find your ideal cargo bike or helping you maintain a commuter. I have used him for both of these services on multiple occasions and I'm very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. You can really tell he cares about you and your ride. I was so impressed with how he helped me out after I was struck by a car on a ride home that I am a customer for life!
